Eva is a 100% dedicated fitness enthusiast!
While spending nearly two decades in the hospitality world committing to long hours, she has been consistent with her practice every day before and after work.
With many years of training ballet, dance, fitness, figure skating, yoga, aerobics and other types of sports (you name it), Eva is a great example of how movement can change your life, bring joy and help with any struggles. She would love to share her great energy and passion with others and create a community of adult dancers, yogis, sportsmen/woman or anyone who is keen to move.
One of her biggest achievements as a child was to win Rhythmic Gymnastics County Championships in 3 consecutive years and being accepted to a prestige Dance Conservatoire in Prague which with deepest regrets, she could not commence due to unforeseen events. As an adult she returned to ballet and among others practiced intermediate level at Royal Academy of Dance in London. She also started figure skating and became British Champion in Adult Synchronized Skating.
Already in her 30's, Eva studied part time at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance in Greenwich, completing her Graduate Diploma in Dance Studies and becoming a Level 6 qualified dance teacher. To extend her teaching practice, she further excelled in Ballet Be Fit Instructor’s course and successfully completed 200 hours of intensive Yoga teacher training in Greece specializing in Vinyasa Flow. She is also a certified Yin Yoga teacher, fully insured and registered with Yoga Alliance.
Balletance Fitness and Yoga (BFY) was established by Eva to follow her love for ballet and use it as an inspiration for exercise.
Within her classes you can move with grace, feeling elegant but get exhausted at the same time. Or you can practice yoga to improve balance, breath control, strength and flexibility while moving in a flow. The one you may want to try is Eva’s new workout class called Ballerobic which is purely balletic aerobic cardio.
But BFY is not limited just to incorporation of ballet techniques, Eva shows persistence in always striving for excellence with any of her practice and therefore you will also find traditional vinyasa flow yoga, aerobics, skipping classes or even Yin Yoga in BFY’s offering. All classes are available for any age, gender or fitness level.
