Wind down with this stretchy and relaxing easy flow concentrating on hips opening, twists, bends and folds. While you will be moving from one asana (pose) to another with correct use of breath, you will be stretching hamstrings, quadriceps, calves, hips, abdominal, back and shoulders. We use a dynamic stretch first before we move into a static stretch which we hold for up to several breaths between 15 to 60 seconds.
This class can be ideal after cardio exercise when muscles are still warm or it can be a perfect practice on its own. We start with easy, gentle warm up so the muscles will get prepared enough to be able to progress to deeper and more demanding stretches. During each class we will try to get a tiny, little bit closer to a split, bridge, side split or deep fold which doesn’t mean we will have to perform these poses. We use them as our guidance.
Anyone is welcome to join this class, less or more flexible as we will offer convenient adjustments.

WHAT TO WEAR: Any comfortable clothes that can stretch and will not restrict you from movement. No shoes, only bare feet or socks.
WHAT TO BRING: Only bring mat with you, block is not required however if you feel you need one for support, you may bring your own. Unfortunately, we do not have spare blocks or mats available within the studio.
