Experience traditional barre and center exercises with movements and positions of the arms, feet and body designed to enable you to move with the greatest possible agility, control, speed and grace. It is also a great workout for mind.
Through repetitions you may expect to find a better core balance while strengthening your whole body. Turns and jumps might be included.
The class is intended for adults aged 18+ and designed for those either getting started, revisiting ballet as an adult or looking to maintain and improve their technique.
WHAT TO WEAR: Soft canvas ballet shoes and any comfortable clothes that can stretch and will not restrict you from movement.
!!! If you do not have ballet shoes you may come with socks for your first class.
